Design & ship advisor workflows for SMB marketing, sales, and ops—fast.Integrate messaging APIs (WhatsApp/Meta, SMS, Telegram, Messenger) + core infrastructure (auth, billing, analytics, referral/affiliate tracking).Stand up LLM orchestration (retrieval, tool use, guardrails), ensuring reliability and observability.Build lightweight internal tools to enable GTM to learn from users weekly.Set engineering standards, own security/privacy basics, and help hire the early team.Skills
5–10+ years building and shipping product in early-stage environments.Strong backend/full-stack chops (TypeScript/Node or Python), Postgres, and AWS/GCP.Hands-on with LLM products (tool calling, RAG, evals) and messaging/telephony APIs (Twilio, Meta WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS).Pragmatic, product-minded, and comfortable talking to customers.Nice-to-haves: voice/WebRTC, fintech integrations, Spanish, analytics/experiment frameworks.Educational Requirements:
